Put yourself first - take 10-15 min prior to the session to relax and center yourself

Show up on time, and be present

Shut off your phone and reduce distractions

Be your strategic thinking partner whose sole purpose is to guide you to achieving your goals and creating your successes.

Act as a facilitator, using tools and techniques, to help you unlock the answers you have within.

Be an expert listener, and will bring your attention to how you show up for yourself.

Be a mirror, a challenger, and ask questions to shake up your thought process.

Be a motivator and a cheerleader. The Coach is always on your side, even when you're not.
